How?

1. Getting to know the client and the site

In this first stage, we discuss possible directions of the design approach. We start the project with a negotiation between the client’s requirements and the architect’s first impression of the site. Furthermore, in this stage the client will provide a list of 5-10 keywords that express their expectations, and a roughly budget for the design. The main goal of this phase is to define the project's limitations, within which the architects can express their creativity.

2. The first concept

Starting from the information provided in the previous stage, the architect will develop the design concept. This will translate into schematical technical drawings and 3D images/realistic renderings of each corner of the project.

3. The final concept

The architect will implement the agreed changes based on the feedback received from the client following the discussion in which the initial concept was presented.

4. The elaboration of technical project

In this stage, we produce the drawings that will be the basis for obtaining offers from possible collaborators. These drawings are: general plans, facades, sections, partition plans, floor plans, ceiling plans, cladding and electrical equipment positions.

5. The elaboration of a shopping list for ready-made objects

The shopping list consists of the various ready-made items present in the design: finishes/colors, furniture items, lighting items, sanitary items, household appliances, etc.

6. The elaboration of the detailed drawings for custom-made objects

When the interior finishes are in place, measurements can be taken in order to create the custom furniture drawings. This package consists of plans and views of various furniture objects. If necessary, it can also contain 3D images.

7. Implementation assistance (site monitoring) and accompanying of the client in purchasing various objects for the design

Although stated as the last, this stage is carried out in parallel with the previous two. We, the architects, consider it the most important stage because many unforeseen events can occur during the implementation process. Those problems need immediate attention and a prompt response so that unpleasant delays can be avoided.
